Important: Gutly is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not claim HIPAA compliance. If you export or share your data with a clinician or third party, their privacy and security practices will apply.

  • Health-related logs you choose to enter (e.g., meals, ingredients, photos, notes, symptoms, severity, timing, bowel habits, mood, sleep, activity)
  • Feedback, support requests, and communication preferences

Device & usage data:

  • Device identifiers, app version, OS version
  • Log data such as feature usage, crash reports, and performance metrics

Integrations (Optional):

If you connect third-party services (e.g., Apple Health), we will only access the categories you explicitly permit. You can revoke access at any time.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the services
  • Enable AI-powered pattern detection and personalized insights
  • Manage your account and process subscriptions (via Apple)
  • Communicate with you (including customer support and service notices)

AI Processing: Your entries may be processed by automated systems to identify potential patterns (e.g., likely triggers, timing correlations). We implement controls to help protect your data during these processes.
